Job Description:

Responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Food & Beverage outlets at the Emily Hotel. Oversees service standards and staff supervision, working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage to monitor and adjust services for maximum profitability. Provides support to other Food & Beverage operations as needed.

What Will You Do?

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing excellent service and active participation during service hours
• Supporting manager development and ensuring smooth daily operations
• Training, recruiting, HR, and administrative duties
• Managing schedules, inventory, and supplies
• Leading and motivating teams, handling guest feedback and complaints
• Monitoring financials, costs, and sales growth
• Ensuring staff grooming, adherence to regulations, and compliance
• Working varied shifts, including weekends and early mornings

What You Bring:

• 5+ years restaurant management experience
• 2+ years as GM or AGM in a full-service restaurant
• Leadership and team development skills
• Experience with inventory and BOH systems; OpenTable and TOAST preferred
• ServSafe & Basset Certified
• Minimum age to serve alcohol if applicable
