is searching for a talented Senior Food & Beverage Manager to help lead their team!This position will primarily be supporting The Hotel Bar and will also support Diplomat Prime when needed!

In this role, you will assist in overseeing operations in the food and beverage outlets and will be managing a team of 26. This position will report to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.

The ideal candidate will be an engaging leader with a passion for creating exceptional experiences, strong customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and the desire to foster a culture of respect and positivity. Prior food and beverage leadership experience, strong beverage knowledge, and bartending background is preferred. Prior union experience is a plus.

• A modern take on the classic hotel bar, this glorious bar sits at the vibrant and spacious hub of the resort allowing a seamless flow from the buzzy lobby out onto its gracious perch overlooking the Atlantic. Highlighting classic cocktails with extensive bar and lounge seating, all cocktails are prepared with ingredients from freshly squeezed juices. What will I be doing?

Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs. Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
