Job summary

Wits Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced FOIA/PA Contract Manager in Arlington, VA to lead and manage FOIA/Privacy Act requests and related processing for DoD/NGB programs.

The role involves logging, filing, tracking, redacting, releasing, and breach handling while coordinating with COR and Government offices. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of FOIA/PA experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a preference for candidates with a Security Clearance (Secret/Top Secret) or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Over 3-5 years of experience with FOIA and Privacy Act requests and protecting PII.
• Program/Contract Management experience.
• Leadership of a FOIA/PA team.
• Processing, tracking, redacting and releasing requests.
• Checking FOIA/PA inboxes and related email handling.
• Answering phone calls related to FOIA/PA.
• Processing Privacy Act/PII breaches.

Responsibilities

• Contract Manager (CM) designated to ensure performance under this contract.
• CM and alternate have full authority to act for the contractor on daily operations.
• CM to work through the COR to resolve issues and ensure performance.
• CM to ensure services outside contract scope are at contractor's expense.
• Monthly Progress Report (MPR) creation and submission to COR.
• Year-End Roll-up Report submission to COR.
• FOIA/PA processing steps: logging, file creation, tasking, tracking, documentation, release.
• FOIA/PA breach processing and logging in required systems.
• Redaction analysis under 5 U.S.C. 552 and 552a exemptions.
