Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / FOIA Specialist to lead and manage all aspects of contract delivery, coordinate teams, and oversee FOIA request processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the contract and hold team accountable for meeting deadlines.
• Provide feedback and corrections to ensure deliverables are met.
• Conduct independent research, review and analyze complex records per policies, regulations, and case law.
• Perform quality control review of analysts’ work product.
• Lead multiple contracts and oversee FOIA requests, appeals, litigations, and related projects.

Required Experience

• Minimum 8‑10 years of FOIA experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management, managing multiple contracts.
• Team lead/supervisory experience.
• Strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Experience managing and tracking FOIA requests, appeals and litigations.
• Proven ability to manage and resolve complex issues.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365, Adobe Pro DC, and FOIAXpress.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Federal client experience.
• Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• PMP certification.
