Job summary

Wm. T. Burnett Holding, LLC is seeking a Machine Operator III to safely manage the movement, storage, and tracking of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in our polyurethane foam facility.

The role may lead others and ensure efficient workflows across inventory, production, and shipping. qualifications include 3–5 years of machine operation, forklift certification, and strong knowledge of foam materials, inventory systems, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of machine operating experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in foam, chemical, or plastics manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move and stage raw materials, WIP, and finished goods using forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate records in WMS/ERP for receipts, transfers, and consumption.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and monitor equipment for safety and maintenance needs.
• Handle, store, and document polyurethane chemical components per SDS and regulatory guidelines.
• Support lead workers and provide guidance to Material Handler 1/2 as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area.
