You will set up peelers, verify foam blocks per tickets, inspect heat seals, measure data, and uphold all quality standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Familiarity with quality checks and heat sealing processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Verify foam type of blocks against ticket orders.
• Notify Group Leader to perform First Article Inspection when changing thickness or order.
• Ensure proper handling of the yardage counter.
• Check blocks for visual defects prior to heat sealing.
• Guarantee integrity of each heat seal.
• Measure and record dimensional data (e.g., SPC) as required.
• Ensure all quality standards are met per work instructions.
