Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a Third Shift Material Handler / Forklift Operator for a foam manufacturing and fabrication facility in Auburn, IN. You will operate a production-style forklift with a front-mounted conveyor attachment to move foam blocks and finished goods, loading conveyors and keeping lines stocked to prevent delays.

We offer a Sunday through Thursday schedule, $17.00 per hour, with temp-to-hire opportunities and on-site work in Auburn.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with attachments or production-line material handling equipment is helpful but can be trained.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.
• Comfortable working around foam products, machinery, and production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift with a front conveyor attachment to move foam materials and finished goods throughout the plant.
• Load foam products directly onto production conveyors using the mounted transfer system.
• Keep production lines stocked so operators can complete orders without delays.

Third Shift Material Handler / Forklift Operator with Conveyor Attachment Foam Manufacturing and Fabrication Facility

We are hiring a dependable Material Handler / Forklift Operator to support production in a busy foam manufacturing plant. This role keeps production lines running by ensuring materials are delivered on time and finished product is moved efficiently to staging and shipping areas. The forklift used in this position is a production-style industrial forklift equipped with a front-mounted conveyor attachment. This attachment allows the operator to transfer foam blocks, sheets, or cut components directly onto production lines or takeaway conveyors without manual handling, making it different from a standard warehouse lift truck.

What You’ll Do
