Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC is seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Senior Systems Engineer to support PMA-251 at NAS Patuxent River, MD. The role involves coordinating with FMS cases worldwide and occasional travel to NAS Patuxent River and Lakehurst, NJ.

Responsibilities cover leading systems engineering for DO-class programs and enforcing SE processes with stakeholders. The candidate will need ten years of relevant experience, active DoD clearance, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Must have MS or MA in engineering/science from an accredited institution.
• Or BS in engineering/science plus four years of relevant experience.
• Ten years of engineering experience with three in DoD systems.
• Prior involvement with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs is required.
• Understanding of program management, acquisition processes, and international defense cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Perform programmatic/technical tasks, design, and testing of solutions for complex systems.
• Lead requirements management and coordinate internal/external action items.
• Maintain communications with project leaders, NAVAIR officials, and IPT members.
• Lead Risk Management within the international team.
• Prepare technical reports, trip reports, and meetings action items.
