Job summary

DCS Corp seeks a Senior FMS Program Manager to support the AFLCMC/HB and Saudi FMS programs from Hanscom AFB, MA. You will oversee acquisition and program management across the lifecycle, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives align with DoD policy and international partner requirements.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to program leadership, coordinating with government and contractor stakeholders, managing risk, and delivering program reports and metrics for DoD FMS efforts.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required; active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years supporting DoD programs, or 15+ years with 8+ years.
• Experience developing acquisition documentation, briefings, reports, and PM plans.
• Ability to communicate effectively with government, contractor, and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition and program management support to Program Managers, IPT Leads, and senior leadership for FMS programs.
• Support program execution to meet cost, schedule, performance objectives per DoD policies.
• Develop, review, and coordinate acquisition documentation, milestone briefs, program plans, and contract docs.
• Coordinate with government, contractor, and international stakeholders to support program objectives.
