Job summary

KBR in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior FMS Strategic Case Manager to act as a principal advisor and analyst within the IMO, guiding high-visibility Foreign Military Sales cases and advising Army leadership on strategic decisions.

You will lead daily and weekly reporting, draft OPORDs/FRAGOs, coordinate with DSCA, and ensure timely, accurate actions across the Army enterprise. A SECRET clearance and substantial experience in ASAE/DSCA contexts are required.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance required or able to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s is preferred.
• 8–10 years in fast-paced defense/security cooperation environments.
• Direct briefing experience to GO/SES level principals.
• Deep understanding of FMS case lifecycle and HQDA processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver executive-level papers and briefings to Army senior leaders.
• Collect, verify, and synthesize acquisition data for daily/weekly senior leadership products.
• Draft and staff Armywide OPORDs and FRAGOs for equipment transfers.
• Manage end-to-end Presidential Drawdown activities with DSCA coordination.
• Oversee day-to-day strategic oversight of high-priority FMS cases and deliver responses.
• Coordinate with DSCA, Joint Staff and other partners for interagency alignment.
