Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, seeks a Senior Foreign Military Sales Case Development SME (Engineer Systems Architect 4/5) to lead SA/FMS case development modernization for the DSCA CDM effort. You will guide the DSAMS Case Lifecycle modernization, ensuring speed, transparency, and compliance.

Collaborate with DSCA stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a SAFe Agile environment to translate complex FMS workflows into actionable technical requirements, architecture, and interface

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case development, DSAMS, LOA processes, and Security Cooperation programs.
• Ability to translate complex FMS policies into technical requirements for a modern Case Lifecycle system.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in large modernization programs.
• Active Secret clearance and alignment to Eastern Time Zone core hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary SA/FMS Case Development SME, translating policies into technical requirements.
• Ensure integration of the case development system with enterprise systems across the full lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Owners in a SAFe Agile environment to decompose requirements into epics and features.
• Define system design maturity constraints and interface definitions for modernization.
• Support compliance with DSCA, MILDEP, and DoD policies and maintain architectural artifacts.
