Job summary

Kwáan Tech, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert to provide real-time support for Foreign Military Sales case development and pre-LOR activities. The SME will guide program teams, ensuring compliance with USAF Security Assistance programs and leveraging FMS processes.

The role demands strong acquisition knowledge, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to work across DoD and international partners while supporting risk, cost, and performance analyses.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Experience with FMS IT systems (DSAMS, MTDS).
• Strong knowledge of FMS acquisition lifecycle and DoD regulations.
• Experience coordinating with USAF and international partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME on FMS case development, including LOR and LOA processes.
• Identify requirements, acquisition planning, sustainment strategies, and training needs.
• Collaborate with USAF, international partners, Security Cooperation Organizations, and industry stakeholders.
• Support risk analysis, cost estimation, and program assessments.
• Prepare FMS documentation, including P&A data, LOA documents, and MTDS data sheets.
• Use DSAMS and MTDS for case tracking and reporting.
