Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, Ltd. seeks a Senior Acquisition Program Manager to support FMS programs at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role covers acquisition lifecycle management, DoD/AF regulatory compliance, LOA development, and IMS oversight.

Citizenship: US required; Secret clearance; Master/Doctorate or Bachelor with DoD experience. This full-time position offers on-site work at Wright Patterson AFB with ~10% travel.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Security clearance at Secret level is required.
• Education and experience: Master/Doctorate with 10 years (5 DoD) OR Bachelor with 12 years (5 DoD).

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition program management across the lifecycle and ensure compliance with DoD/AF regulations.
• Prepare and review acquisition documentation, proposals, MOUs/MOAs, and LOAs with DoD/FMS stakeholders.
• Develop and analyze IMS data to track cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for LOAs, amendments, and contract actions.
• Support meetings, offsites, and program reviews with action items and security considerations.
