Job summary

Hanwha Convergence USA is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site execution of the FMCS construction scope on a major semiconductor FAB project in Indiana or Philadelphia. The Site Manager will be the senior field leader responsible for schedule, manpower, safety, quality, and client coordination to ensure on-time, code-compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of industrial/semiconductor facility construction experience.
• Experience as a site manager or senior construction manager on FMCS scopes.
• Fluency in Korean and working proficiency in English for bilingual site coordination.
• Willingness to relocate to Indiana or Philadelphia and ability to obtain a U.S. work visa.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site execution of Electrical, Instrumentation & Control construction scope (FMCS) including field instrument installation and termination.
• Develop and manage detailed site schedule, manpower plan, and look-ahead work plans.
• Lead and supervise construction managers, supervisors, foremen, and field crews.
• Coordinate interfaces with mechanical, electrical, and process trades and client/partner sites.
• Manage material receiving, staging, and quantity tracking against instrument/vendor lists.
• Resolve RFIs and design conflicts with BIM/engineering teams.
• Prepare, review, and submit as-built drawings with BIM team.
• Serve as primary site contact with client and partner organizations.
