Fluor Corporation is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to direct multi‑site construction programs, EPFC projects, or major maintenance efforts. You will oversee all construction activities, manage risk, schedule, and safety, and coordinate with engineering and project management teams to meet contract requirements.

The role demands an in‑depth understanding of project controls, quality programs, and field leadership, with a proven record of delivering complex industrial facilities on time

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree and twenty years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Strong ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders, including management, clients, and contractors.
• Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal statutes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of assigned project(s) in conformance with contract and company policies.
• Manage all risks associated with the execution of the work and drive risk mitigation.
• Establish and maintain alignment across activities, departments, and locations with focus across project phases.
• Oversee adherence to the company Quality Program and safety policies.
• Lead site activities as the primary on-site authority for construction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
