Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions in West Lafayette, IN, seeks a Project Site Manager / Superintendent to lead a greenfield semiconductor facility project on-site, from site development through turnover, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives.

You will coordinate multiple contractors and trades, enforce regulatory compliance including OSHA standards, and drive readiness for tool installation, commissioning and ramp to operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience on large-scale construction projects, with time on greenfield sites.
• Semiconductor/fab, data center, pharmaceutical, or advanced manufacturing facility experience.
• Leadership of multi-billion-dollar or multi-phase projects.
• Strong understanding of CSA, MEP, process systems, and cleanroom construction.
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior on-site oversight for construction activities on a greenfield semiconductor project.
• Establish site organization, communication protocols, and execution standards.
• Oversee general contractors, trade partners, subcontractors, and vendor teams.
• Represent the project in site meetings with owners, engineers, AHJs, and inspectors.
• Oversee land development, earthwork, utilities, and site infrastructure.
• Coordinate geotechnical, civil, and environmental activities to support early construction milestones.
• Ensure site access, laydown areas, logistics routes, and temporary facilities are planned and executed.
• Manage interfaces between site development and vertical construction.
• Direct execution of CSA, MEP, process systems, cleanroom, and tool installation activities.
• Monitor construction progress against master schedule and phase milestones.
• Establish and enforce a strong site-wide safety culture and OSHA compliance.
