Job summary

A leading aerospace company is seeking a Fluids Ground Support Equipment Design Engineer to design and manage fluid systems for their launch vehicles. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering, with a strong understanding of fluids and thermodynamics. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in similar fields, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage project tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with fluid systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, or HVAC systems.
• Strong grasp of heat transfer and thermodynamics.
• Ability to balance detailed design tasks and project management.

Responsibilities

• Designing ground fluid systems including P&IDs and sizing calculations.
• Managing fabrication, installation, and checkout of systems.
• Leading internal and external design reviews.

Skills

Strong understanding of fluids principles

Problem-solving in high-pressure environments

Self-motivation and initiative

Leadership in multidisciplinary teams

Experience in aerospace R&D

Education
