Job summary

The role requires testing experience, collaboration, and proficiency with DFMEA, DOE, and data analysis, with CAD skills in CREO and Windchill for ECO management.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• Experience with quality and reliability practices.
• Proficiency in test reports and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and perform tests on components and systems to investigate issues in hardware, control systems or software.
• Support quality and reliability efforts, including DFMEA, test planning, instrumentation, Design of Experiments and data analysis.
• Collaborate cross functionally with software, electrical, manufacturing, and non technical teams.
• Design and develop mechanical systems with emphasis on fluidics and thermal performance.
• Gather user requirements, develop system level specifications, and ensure product designs meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability targets.
• Lead or participate in structured problem solving using 8D, A3, or DMAIC methodologies.
• Create and maintain 3D models and engineering drawings using CREO, and manage engineering changes via Windchill.
