Job summary

TPI Global Solutions in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Fluidics Test Engineer to support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of fluidic, thermal, and electromechanical systems used in foodservice and beverage equipment. This is a hands-on role in a laboratory environment.

Responsibilities include bench testing, data collection, test reporting, and DOE activities, with collaboration across engineering, software, electrical, and quality teams to ensure robust test results and reliable prototypes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent Test Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, fluidic, thermal, or electromechanical systems.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing, instrumentation, and data collection.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and tubing diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Set up and perform laboratory and bench testing of fluidic, thermal, and electromechanical systems.
• Use pumps, sensors, pressure transducers, flow meters, and data acquisition equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, controls, and system issues through testing and data collection.
• Collect, analyze, and document test data and prepare test reports.
• Support validation, reliability testing, and DOE activities.
• Assist with prototypes, plumbing/tubing, wiring, fixtures, and test setups.
• Maintain lab equipment, tools, calibration records, and inventory.
• Follow all laboratory and safety procedures and collaborate with engineering, software, electrical, and quality teams.
