TPI Global Solutions in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Fluidics Test Engineer to support design, development, testing, and validation of fluidic systems for foodservice equipment.

The role partners with Fluidics Engineers and cross-functional teams to build, test, troubleshoot, and document fluidic and thermal systems across the product lifecycle within a stage-gate process. Onsite work is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering (BSME/BSEE/BSMET) or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, fluidic, thermal, or electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, tubing diagrams, and assembly instructions

• Conduct laboratory bench testing on fluid flow, thermal performance, and reliability.
• Operate instrumentation (pumps, sensors, pressure transducers, DAQ systems).

About the Role

We are seeking a Fluidics Test Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and validation of fluidic systems used in foodservice and beverage equipment. This role works closely with Fluidics Engineers and cross-functional teams to build, test, troubleshoot, and document fluidic and thermal systems throughout the product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in laboratory environments to support world-class product development and launch activities within a structured stage-gate process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory bench testing on fluid flow, thermal performance, and reliability.
• Operate instrumentation (pumps, sensors, pressure transducers, DAQ systems).
• Assist with prototype fabrication, plumbing, tubing layout, and wiring.
• Troubleshoot hardware, electromechanical, and fluidic systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering (BSME/BSEE/BSMET) or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, fluidic, thermal, or electromechanical systems
• Basic understanding of: Fluid systems, Thermodynamics and heat transfer, Electrical and electromechanical systems, Mechanical assembly and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, tubing diagrams, and assembly instructions
• Proficiency with standard computer tools such as Microsoft Office and data recording systems Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with fluidic, thermal, or electromechanical systems.
• Familiarity with LabVIEW, MATLAB, or Python-based test environments
• Experience with plumbing systems, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, or refrigeration
