Job summary

You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot flow cytometry instrumentation including cell sorters and analyzers, while aiding in experimental design and data acquisition. Responsibilities include training staff, performing maintenance and QC on cytometers, and assisting with SOPs and data interpretation.

Qualifications

• Requires a college or university degree in a related field.
• Experience with flow cytometry instrumentation and software is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate cell analyzers and sorters and assist users in developing fluorescence assays.
• Maintain and troubleshoot flow cytometers and related software.
• Train CAT staff on equipment usage and QC protocols.
• Assist researchers with instrument operation and experimental design.
• Perform routine maintenance and QC on benchtop cytometers.
