Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Chaska, MN, is seeking an A&B Senior Technician-Flow Cell Tester to independently execute alignment, calibration, and performance tests of complex instruments. You will work on-site under the Production Operations Supervisor, supporting daily, monthly, and quarterly objectives.

The role requires an associate degree and 3+ years of hands-on experience, with travel up to 75% for training at the Miami facility. Bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: associate degree.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience including troubleshooting equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment (medical device experience preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in executing test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, align, and test optical/electro-mechanical instruments; troubleshoot to component level, elevate issues, and complete orders on time.
• Identify and resolve quality issues, recommend improvements, support root cause analysis, and contribute to lean manufacturing using DBS tools.
• Report daily activities, update standard work instructions, and demonstrate strong decision-making, teamwork, and customer focus.
