Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks an DxH Associate Technician—Final Test in Chaska, MN to align, calibrate, and test optical and electro-mechanical instruments and support daily production. On-site role with DBS-driven daily management and quality focus, reporting to Production Ops Manager.

The role requires an AA degree, 3 years’ experience, and ability to travel up to 75% to Miami for training in the first year. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• AA Degree required.
• 3 years of experience in manufacturing/production.
• Proficiency operating machinery.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, align, and test optical/electro-mechanical instruments; troubleshoot to component level and complete orders on time.
• Identify and resolve quality issues; support root cause analysis and lean manufacturing using DBS tools.
• Report daily activities, update standard work instructions, and demonstrate strong decision-making, teamwork, and customer focus.
