Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks an A&B Senior Technician-Flow Cell Tester in Chaska, MN. The role focuses on alignment, calibration, and performance testing of optical and electro-mechanical instruments, with a strong emphasis on quality and continuous improvement.

On-site position with up to 75% travel to the Miami facility for ongoing training and support during the first year.

Qualifications

• Associate degree minimum required.
• 3+ years hands-on experience including troubleshooting equipment in manufacturing/industrial setting (medical device exp. preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in executing test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, align, and test optical/electro-mechanical instruments; troubleshoot to component level and complete orders on time.
• Identify and resolve quality issues; support root cause analysis and lean manufacturing using DBS tools.
• Report daily activities and update standard work instructions with strong teamwork and customer focus.
