Job summary

Red Thread is seeking a Project Manager to oversee flooring projects from handoff to closeout. You will plan, coordinate, schedule and manage all aspects, ensuring quality, budget adherence and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in project management within construction, strong communication, and proficiency with Procore, ProjectSight and MS Office. Bachelor’s degree and a focus on cost effectiveness are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management Experience within construction or related fields.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with internal/external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Procore and ProjectSight for scheduling and reporting.
• Experience managing large scale projects, coordinating multiple teams and subcontractors.
• Detail-focused, proactive problem solver with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for flooring projects from handoff to closeout.
• Plan, coordinate, schedule and oversee all project elements to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain direct communication with customers regarding scheduling and updates.
• Coordinate material delivery with warehouse and ensure invoicing accuracy each month.
• Attend project meetings and perform site visits as required.
• Ensure project quality, profit targets and client satisfaction.
• Close out projects with lien waivers, releases, and client sign-offs.
