The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to drive daily progress on multiple jobs with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading tape measures and basic carpentry.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities with clear communication.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily flooring operations to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Attend startup meetings with superintendent and estimator/PM to review labor needs and jobsite conditions.
• Record daily progress, manage labor and material needs, and coordinate with the team for safe, efficient work.
