Texas Health Mansfield is seeking a Day Shift Maintenance Technician to conduct routine inspections, coordinate cleaning and maintenance, and ensure safety compliance for a busy hospital environment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1+ years of technical experience, and familiarity with healthcare facilities. Hours are Day shift, with some weekend work, in Mansfield, Texas.

Qualifications

Job Description

Day Shift 6a-2:30p; Some weekends

Conducts regular inspections in collaboration with other departments to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards. Coordinates and supervises cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Develops and implements cleaning schedules and maintenance plans. Manages inventory and orders supplies needed for cleaning and maintenance. Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations and standards. Responds promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Trains staff on proper cleaning techniques and use of equipment. Other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field [Required]
