Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Senior Floor Plan Auditor to perform on-site reconciliations of dealer floor plans, reviewing inventory, sales documents, and titles to ensure compliance with Huntington’s procedures.

The role requires collaboration with dealership personnel and reporting irregularities to management. The position involves extensive travel, independent work, and interaction with dealership offices and sales management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Auto Finance or Audit.
• Familiarity with tablet-based auditing software and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site audits of dealership inventory, floor plans, and records.
• Lead more difficult audits for new clients and takeovers.
• Escalate audit irregularities to Huntington management promptly.
• Travel extensively, including overnight trips, and manage travel logistics.
• Communicate clearly with dealership offices and sales management.
• Collaborate with internal audit on larger and complex exams.
