Job summary

Huntington Bank seeks a Floor Plan Auditor-Senior to perform on-site audits of dealerships, reconciling floor plan data and inventories. You will escalate discrepancies to management and coordinate with dealership personnel to ensure compliance with Huntington’s procedures.

The role requires travel, strong communication skills, and prior auto finance or audit experience. Remote work is not typical, with flexible arrangements being described for certain offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Auto Finance or Audit.
• Familiarity with tablet-based auditing software and equipment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with auto dealer operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site audits using established procedures.
• Lead more complex audits with multiple auditors and takeovers for new clients.
• Inspect inventory and verify floor plan data and titles.
• Report audit results and any noncompliance to management.
• Travel extensively, including overnight trips, and manage travel expenses.
