Job summary

Memorial Hermann Outpatient Imaging in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a full-time Senior Float Mammography Technologist to support our Breast Centers across multiple sites. This 40-hour day shift role requires the technologist to float among Southwest, Sugar Land, Memorial City and Pearland with mileage reimbursement.

The senior technologist serves as a preceptor and mentor, performs mammography procedures, ensures safety and image quality, and collaborates with physicians and staff to provide

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• Licenses/Certifications: BLS/Life Support, TX MRT license, ARRT-R, ARRT-M.
• Experience/Knowledge/Skills: Four (4) years of experience as a Mammography Technologist; QA and stereotactic exams.

Responsibilities

• Performs mammography radiographic exams ensuring radiation safety and image quality.
• Supports patient flow and delivers high-quality imaging services.
• Acts as mentor/preceptor to staff and guides new techniques.
