Job summary

Archer, headquartered in Silicon Valley with a Salinas flight test center, seeks a Sr. Product Quality Engineer - Flight Test to lead quality controls on the flight line and ensure airworthiness of developmental aircraft and systems.

You will work with flight test crews, assembly engineers, and technicians to implement inspection plans, perform RCCA, and support conformity inspections in a fast-paced prototype environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in aerospace or flight test quality/manufacturing engineering.
• Hands-on experience with GD&T and FAA conformity requirements.
• Familiarity with FAI, MRB, and AS19102 processes.

Responsibilities

• Quality support on flight test operations, inspecting airframe components and systems.
• Prepare hardware, docs, and tooling for FAA conformity inspections.
• Conduct MRB dispositions and apply RCCA/ corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain electronic inspection plans in MES.
