The role requires leading test activities, analyzing data, and ensuring safety and readiness across multiple test sites and types. The position is full-time with travel and potential weekend duties.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM required.
• 5+ years of flight test experience or related aerospace engineering work.
• Strong written and verbal communication across engineering and operations.
• Proven ability to write and execute structured test plans and reports.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors, including weekends as needed.

Aufgaben

• Develop, publish, and execute flight test plans, procedures, risk assessments and safety reviews.
• Support integration and test of aircraft systems, payloads and data links.
• Lead pre-flight, flight, and post-flight activities including instrumentation and data collection.
• Analyze flight test data to identify trends, anomalies, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering to validate requirements and mature system capabilities.
