Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Test Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute complex missile flight tests.

You will develop flight test resource architectures, secure instrumentation, and lead multi-disciplinary teams on-site as Test Director to ensure test readiness and mission success. You will interface with DoD and commercial ranges, coordinate airspace with FAA, and oversee documentation, schedules, and funding coordination while maintaining security clearances and

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate's Degree in a relevant field.
• 6-8 years of missile flight test experience.
• Experience coordinating with DoD and commercial test ranges, FAA airspace coordination, and test documentation.
• Ability to travel to test ranges and obtain required U.S. security clearance.
• Proven leadership in test team management and mission management.

Responsibilities

• Develop flight test resource architectures to meet objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and deconflict resources, ranges, and infrastructure for complex tests.
• Lead on-site as Lead Test Director during execution and enforce criteria.
• Coordinate FAA airspace and NOTAM processes for flight tests.
• Lead Mission Execution Team and readiness reviews.
• Mentor technical writers and support staff.
• Interface with test analysis, sensors, contractors, and range personnel to ensure asset siting and integration.
• Travel to test ranges and maintain security clearances.
