Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience developing test documentation including plans, procedures, and reports.
• Proven ability to lead system level integration and test activities across subsystems.
• Strong competency in environmental test preparation and execution (vibration, thermal cycling, ESS).
• Demonstrated ability to manage discrepancies, corrective actions, and configuration control.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of test plans, procedures, and readiness checks for system integration and environmental tests.
• Oversee electrical, optical, mechanical, and software interfaces and ensure data capture and safety compliance.
• Coordinate resources across teams to optimize test readiness of hardware, facilities, and personnel.
• Mentor junior engineers and support audits, reviews, and continuous improvement.
