Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Sr. Principal Electrical Engineer in Roy, UT to drive electrical design for advanced flight systems. The role involves PDP/ADP development, analyses, and cross-team coordination to ensure successful system integration.

Expertise in Altium, PSPICE, schematic capture, and system-level architecture is required, along with US citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance. The position offers a robust benefits package and a 9/80 work schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university.
• Advanced degree or higher experience is preferred and may reduce required years of experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance and US citizenship are required at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Lead design activities for electrical systems in flight platforms.
• Coordinate electrical system engineering content and work products.
• Develop Product Definition Packages (PDPs) and Analysis Data Packages (ADPs).
• Review schematics, wiring diagrams, and interconnect diagrams for accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across programs and suppliers.
