Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Redmond, Washington is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive flight software delivery for the OISL program. You will coordinate end-to-end software builds, integrations, tests, and deployments across multiple subsystems, ensuring on-time, high-quality results.

You will partner with hardware and software teams to manage interfaces, dependencies, and risks while building robust program roadmaps and schedules.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
5+ years of experience managing programs involving critical systems, embedded systems, or flight software.
Experience driving cross-functional coordination across hardware and software teams.
Experience with software build, integration, and release management processes.
Experience managing program schedules, roadmaps, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end flight software delivery, driving release schedules, integration tests, and deployment across programs.
Collaborate with Software Development Managers to drive integrated delivery and resolve competing priorities.
Coordinate cross-program feature development with TPMs and hardware teams, aligning interfaces and dependencies.
Build and maintain program roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans; identify risks and trade-offs.
Define, track, and mitigate software program risks and cross-team integration risks.
Deliver status reports on scope, schedule, quality, and risk for leadership reviews.
