Qualifications

7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
5+ years of technical program management with software eng. experience.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
5+ years of technical product or program management in aviation/certification environments.

Responsibilities

Lead development of aviation products through qualification testing and certification (STC).
Coordinate with manufacturing partners and OEMs to meet STC and aviation requirements.
Collaborate with Operations, software and hardware engineering, customers and Product Managers.
Manage product lifecycle from core design to delivery with cross-functional teams.
Maintain project milestones and mitigate challenges to keep schedules.
