Job summary

Perk urgently seeks a Senior Inventory Operations Specialist to elevate our airline inventory workflows, including schedules, fares, and GDS/NDC content. You’ll design standards, drive cross-functional initiatives, and influence product and tooling decisions.

Based in Barcelona with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office), you will report to the Director of Operations alongside other Inventory Ops specialists, shaping how data informs operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience owning airline inventory workflows end-to-end.
• Deep knowledge of airline inventory, schedules, fares, and content flows.
• Ability to connect operations to business outcomes and trade-offs.
• Experience mentoring others without formal management.
• Proven ability to design scalable governance models.

Responsibilities

• Set operational standards to reduce BAU workload and improve reliability.
• Balance domain goals with business impact; define ambitious OKRs.
• Turn data into actionable insights and guide teammates in interpretation.
• Shape the inventory domain and governance across markets.
• Own reporting cadence and tie inventory reliability to revenue impact.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for supplier-content triage and detection.
