Job summary

Amazon Air seeks a Sr. Supply Chain Manager to own customer experience and network resiliency linked to the reliability and performance of the Amazon Air fleet. You will collaborate across Tech Ops, Fleet Planning, Network Planning and the Network Control Center to ensure our fleet of ~90 aircraft delivers for customers.

This role balances strategic design and annual planning with tactical support during disruptions, leveraging data to improve end-to-end resiliency and reduce defects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the Amazon Air network and fleet to identify and mitigate risks to the reliable on-time delivery of customers orders.
• Influence and drive network, aircraft maintenance and spares strategy to improve customer experience as the Amazon Air network continues to become faster and more efficient.
• Build strong relationships with technical and non-technical partner teams to drive correct prioritization of resources.
• Enhance the collection and processing of aircraft performance data to improve the speed and detail at which we gain insights.
