Job summary

PepsiCo PBNA seeks an experienced Fleet Mechanic to ensure reliability of the fleet and support driver safety. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a wide range of equipment, including light and heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts, using modern diagnostic tools.

The role emphasizes independent work with coaching as needed, advancing skills through ongoing training, and contributing to one of North America’s largest fleets. Benefits start day one and growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Own basic hand tools will be required.
• Physical movements including lifting, bending, and reaching.
• Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Utilize leading edge technology and programs for diagnostics.
• Work on diverse fleet equipment including trucks, vans, and forklifts.
• Diagnose failures and disassemble/repair components as needed.
• Maintain documentation and records for vehicles.
