Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking a Fleet Mechanic to ensure the reliability of the large PepsiCo fleet. The role focuses on PMs, repairs, and diagnostics using leading-edge tools and software in a fast-paced environment.

You will work independently while receiving coaching when needed, contributing to safety and efficiency across a broad range of equipment including light/heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum hand tools in personal possession; diagnostic and high-tech tools provided.
• Physical tasks include lifting, bending, reaching, and handling objects.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass forklift skills test (if applicable).
• Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems; aftertreatment and emissions repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Use advanced diagnostics and tech programs to service the fleet.
• Repair a diverse PepsiCo fleet including cars, trucks, vans, and forklifts.
• Diagnose failures and perform disassembly, repair and reassembly as needed.
• Maintain vehicle records and safety documentation; respond to service calls.
