Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. oversees the Keefe Group fleet operations, leading transportation strategy and daily management for 11 dedicated fleets. You will work with operations, sales, customer service, and vendors to resolve escalations and improve performance.

You will report to the Senior Director of Transportation and Indirect Procurement, with on-site and remote work options. The role demands analytical rigor, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree or equivalent education preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze financial data.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of all dedicated fleets and serve as contact for fleet managers.
• Respond to escalations from sales, customer service, operations, and partners.
• Evaluate fleet financial performance and advise on expansion or contraction.
