Grounded is seeking a Fleet Sales Account Manager in Detroit to own deals end to end—qualification through close and beyond. You will configure modular electric vehicles for enterprise and public sector clients, balancing timelines, pricing, and customer needs.

You’ll partner with a sales engineer and the engineering team to scope feasibility, craft proposals, and land multi-vehicle configurations across verticals. This hands-on role rewards initiative and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B sales / account management with high-ACV deals.
• Track record owning deals end to end and meeting quota.
• Strong consultative selling skills with multi-stakeholder buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own a pipeline of fleet and enterprise opportunities from qualification through close.
• Discover customer use cases and configure vehicle solutions with them.
• Build proposals and quotes; manage pricing, negotiation, and contracts.
• Collaborate with sales engineer and engineering to scope feasibility and timelines.
• Manage relationships through delivery and pursue expansion and repeat business.
• Forecast accurately and keep the CRM current (HubSpot).
• Provide market signals back to product and leadership.
