We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Fleet Risk Operations & Project Manager to support our consultancy team through expert-level project coordination, CRM system management, and billing operations. This role focuses on executing critical back-end functions that enable successful delivery of safety consulting services. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and bring strong capabilities in workflow management, CRM optimization (HubSpot preferred), client billing, and internal process improvement.
This position is instrumental in supporting both revenue growth and customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth operational execution behind the scenes.
You are a systems-oriented project manager with strong attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence. You thrive behind the scenes, enabling the consultancy team to shine by ensuring smooth project flow, timely billing, and robust client communication. REMOTE work from HOME
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors including relevant experience, education, work location, market data, internal salary ranges, etc. The position may also be eligible for bonuses or incentives. Salary range: $75,000 - $80,000.
