Great West Casualty Company is hiring a Lead Risk Control Representative to focus on large fleet motor carriers. This remote Midwest-based role partners with insureds to drive risk control initiatives and consulting support across management teams.

You will analyze loss trends, develop risk mitigation strategies, and work with National Accounts to build profitable relationships while maintaining excellent client service. Must be able to pass a drug screen and travel 70–80% monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional-level experience in motor carrier fleet operations, insurance risk management, or safety consulting.
• Safety certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Leadership experience in safety, operations, or risk management.

Responsibilities

• Consult with management teams of insured customers to recommend and analyze risk control initiatives.
• Analyze loss trends and safety needs to advise clients.
• Partner with National Accounts to acquire and retain profitable accounts by evaluating risks.
• Develop strategies with insureds to mitigate risk and exposures.
• Collaborate with teams to support business development and client education.
