Job summary

PBNA operates PepsiCo's beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution fleet in North America. The Fleet Mechanic role emphasizes PMs, repairs, and diagnostics on a diverse fleet, including trucks and forklifts. Strong tool handling, safety discipline, and the ability to work with cutting-edge diagnostics are essential.

You will be part of a large, safety-focused team with ongoing training and growth opportunities, in a fast-paced environment requiring independent work with coaching as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B license and clean driving record.
• ASE, Macs or Military AC certification is preferred.
• Experience with heavy-duty diesel repairs and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs with high degree of independence.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and state-of-the-art tech for vehicle inspections.
• Repair engines, driveline, emissions, and safety systems on a large fleet.
• Document vehicle records and pre-trip checks; ensure safety standards.
• Mentor junior technicians and support continuous training.
