Job summary

FORJAK Industrial seeks a Senior Fleet Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain our fleet of vehicles, trailers, and equipment. You will be the first contact for field issues, lead outsourced repairs, and mentor junior technicians while keeping documentation current.

This role isn’t just a clock-in position; it aligns with FORJAK’s ownership culture. You’ll contribute to proactive maintenance, shop safety, and high reliability in a growing ESOP-driven company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on mechanical experience with a strong background in vehicle service and repair.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; ability to pull a trailer.
• Familiarity with generators, small tools, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with Google Suite for reporting and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair company fleet vehicles and trailers to high standards of quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
• Lead field repair coordination and communicate with vendors.
• Maintain service logs and fleet documentation in the Internal Dashboard and Google Suite.
• Mentor junior technicians and ensure safety and shop standards.
