Job summary

Bronco Wine Company in Ceres, CA seeks a Fleet Mechanic III to keep the transportation fleet safe and efficient. You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs, while training junior mechanics and maintaining detailed records.

This on-site role requires strong adherence to safety standards and a proactive approach to vehicle reliability. The ideal candidate has 4 years of journey-level mechanic experience, supervisory exposure, and is proficient in English.

Qualifications

• 4 years of journey level mechanic experience with medium to heavy gas and diesel vehicles.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• ASE certification for medium – heavy truck diesel engines (T2) is desirable.
• Speak and write in English.
• Knowledge of safety practices and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Follow company safety practices and procedures.
• Inspect, diagnose, service, and repair fleet vehicles and equipment.
• Perform and oversee inspections and preventative maintenance services.
• Train and oversee Fleet Mechanics I & II.
• Maintain maintenance records and logs.
• Coordinate with fleet supervisors about vehicle status and location.
• Perform roadside service calls.
• Shuttle vehicles to and from onsite and offsite locations.
