Job summary

Bronco Wine Company in Ceres, CA is seeking a Fleet Mechanic III to maintain the safe and efficient operation of the transportation fleet. You will perform inspections, routine maintenance, repairs, and keep accurate maintenance records, while guiding Fleet Mechanics I & II.

The role requires knowledge of heavy gas and diesel systems, a high school diploma, and at least four years of journey-level experience with supervisory duties.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of methods, practices, materials, and tools of the trade.
• Experience with heavy gas and diesel vehicles.
• Supervise and train subordinate staff.

Responsibilities

• Follow company safety practices and procedures.
• Perform BIT inspections and preventative maintenance services.
• Inspect, diagnose, service, and repair fleet systems and components.
• Maintain maintenance records and vehicle status logs.
• Coordinate with supervisors and tow services as needed.
• Provide training and oversight for Fleet Mechanics I & II.
• Dispose of wastes per policy and keep shop organized.
