Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking an Assistant Director of Maintenance (ADOM) for a specific fleet to ensure operational availability, reliability, and compliance within our Part 135 operation. You will lead day-to-day fleet readiness, translate maintenance needs into action, and collaborate with Maintenance Control, Planning, QA, Supply Chain, and Flight Operations to maximize aircraft availability.

Qualifications

FAA A&P license is required.
3–5 years Textron Cessation/Citation experience.
Position is safety-sensitive and subject to FAA-based drug/alcohol testing.
Authorized to work in the United States with two forms of ID.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance readiness and dispatch availability for the assigned fleet.
Lead and mentor contracted providers ensuring safety and performance standards.
Monitor fleet KPIs including dispatch availability and RTS times.
Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with Maintenance Control, Planning, and Supply Chain for parts flow.
Escalate and resolve technical issues within the fleet with urgency and compliance.
